You can rent this Chiarentana apartment for the week of SEPTEMBER 18 to 25 with a special 15% discount on the weekly rate. Beco has been carefully restored to maintain the old terracotta floors and wooden beams. It reflects the combined charm of antique furniture and modern fittings. The open garden around Chiarentana blends into the natural landscape of the Val d’Orcia. Rows of olive trees and lavender lead to open fields and the view spreading over the valley and the Monte Amiata.

Gonzola (sleeps 10)
This farmhouse can be rented with a special discount of 25% on the weekly rent in the weeks of SEPTEMBER 18 to October 02. Gonzola is a large sunny house built in the local stone, overgrown with rambling roses, honeysuckle and ivy, and surrounded by a garden where Mediterranean aromatic plants such as rosemary, sage, lavender and thyme flourish. The pool is set against a backdrop of the typical Siena clay hillocks; wild rose and broom bushes growing in the garden blend into the surrounding countryside. Come and enjoy the parfumes and colours of the tuscan late summer!

Montauto (sleeps 10)
You can rent this beautiful restored farmhouse in the weeks from September 11 to 25 with a special discount of 20% on the weekly rent. Montauto is surrounded by woods and fields, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and of Castelluccio, a medieval castle also on the property. Its architecture is in typical Tuscan style, proportionate and spacious, built around a central courtyard which provides delightful privacy among a profusion of flowers.
 
 

Rates policy

Rates are per week and include electricity, water, bi-weekly change of towels, final cleaning.

Extra charges: telephone, wood for fireplaces, central heating.

Payment: 50% of the rent to be paid at booking. The remaining 50%, upon your arrival at La Foce.

Security deposit. Upon arrival we ask our guests to write a check for Euro 300 (for smaller houses) or Euro 600 (for larger houses), as a security deposit for any damage or breakages which may occur. At the end of your stay the check will be returned, unless it is partly or fully needed fo damages.

Number of beds: we cannot allow the number of guests staying in a house to be higher than the number of beds initially stated.

Cancellation by the client: the following rates will be applied:

- 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival
- 50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival
- 100% as from the 59th day before the date of arrival.

Should we manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period, we will of course refund the client accordingly.
