You can rent any of the CHIARENTANA apartments (Beco, Bersagliere, Fonte, Ronda, Tiglio, Vespa) for the week of JUNE 28th to JULY 5th, 2008 with an exceptional 25% DISCOUNT. Chiarentana is built around a large central courtyard lined with climbing roses, clematis, cyanothus, traditional Tuscan irises and rosemary bushes, while olea fragrans, rincospermum, calicanthus and lavender spread their fragrance in different seasons From the courtyard staircases lead to each apartment, which have been carefully restored to maintain the old terracotta floors and wooden beams. Each one reflects the combined charm of antique furniture and modern fittings. The walls are washed in a light terracotta colour; an open fireplace makes each house warm and welcoming. The open garden around the house blends into the natural landscape of the Val d’Orcia. Rows of olive trees and lavender lead to open fields and the view spreading over the valley and the Monte Amiata. A tennis court and swimming pool are tucked away and share the extensive view. Rates policy

Rates are per week and include electricity, water, bi-weekly change of towels, final cleaning.

Extra charges: telephone, wood for fireplaces, central heating.

Payment: 50% of the rent to be paid at booking. The remaining 50%, upon your arrival at La Foce.

Security deposit. Upon arrival we ask our guests to write a check for Euro 300 (for smaller houses) or Euro 600 (for larger houses), as a security deposit for any damage or breakages which may occur. At the end of your stay the check will be returned, unless it is partly or fully needed fo damages.

Number of beds: we cannot allow the number of guests staying in a house to be higher than the number of beds initially stated.

Cancellation by the client: the following rates will be applied:

- 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival
- 50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival
- 100% as from the 59th day before the date of arrival.

Should we manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period, we will of course refund the client accordingly.

RATES FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS

Price for the rent of the house, according to size and number of people, plus:

E. 350 for each of the first two children in each family, age 3-12
