Incontri in Terra di Siena is a cultural association based in Villa La Foce in Val d'Orcia, Tuscany. It was founded in 1988 by cellist Antonio Lysy and his mother Benedetta Origo in memory of Antonio Origo and his wife Iris, the famous Anglo-American author, who bought the La Foce estate in 1924 and dedicated their lives to the agricultural and social development of the Val d'Orcia.

LA FOCE: Echoes of History at a Tuscan Estate
The estate of La Foce is situated on the hills overlooking the Val d'Orcia, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Villa La Foce is a historic residence dating back to the late 15th century. In 1924 it became the property of Antonio and Iris Origo who created its now world-famous gardens. La Foce is the ideal place for weddings, celebrations, events and family gatherings.
